Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services provided by Panza Charters and Panzer Passenger Services Ltd (Panza).
  2. Payment in full is required for all services prior to commencement of the service. Payment can be made by credit card on our booking system or paid by card or NZ$ cash to our driver/tour guide. Invoices and Receipts will be sent to the customer’s nominated email address on request.
  3. Credits and refunds will apply as:
  4. If the service is cancelled by Panza, 100% refund.
  5. If the customer cancels the booking:
  6. More than 3 business days before travel, 80% refund
  7. Less than 3 business days before travel, 50% refund
  8. Same day of travel, nil refund
  9. Panza retains the right to deny services to any customer deemed unsuited to travel for any reason including, intoxication, aggressive behavior, or medical condition.
  10. Eating, drinking, or smoking are all banned on our services. Drinking from prepackaged water bottles is accepted.
  11. The Panza tour guide is experienced in the local conditions, all instructions must be adhered to in the interests of safety.
  12. Any damage to our company property by a passenger will be charged to the customer.
  13. Where applicable New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in our published prices.
  14. Unless stated otherwise all prices quoted are New Zealand Dollars.
  15. Itineraries and timetables are subject to change at any time as a result of weather, road, vehicle or traffic conditions. Your tour guide will discuss any required changes with you to best provide alternate services to achieve an experience of equivalent value.
  16. Automated bookings for tours and vehicle hireage are available up to two months prior to date of travel through our automated booking and payment gateway. For bookings longer than two months prior to travel please contact us via our website ‘contacts’ or by email.
